Welcome To My Blog

Welcome to my home brew blog, this is my first blog and the aim is to share the little knowledge i have on home brewing. I started Christmas 2010, when my partner purchased me a complete home brew kit. I made about 40 pints of lager and drunk the lot. (i'm hooked). Since then i have continued to brew beers and have tried two wine kits. I'm hoping to use this blog to review the kits i've made and enjoyed and would value any comments and recommendations.

  1. Hi,

I am really liking the site, i myself am a amateur home brewer and used to make my own many many moons agao. I have recently started making them again and came across your site. I dont think you can beat the satisfaction of enjoing one of your own nice cold beers after a good days work. Keep up the good work and i will be back soon to check out your reviews and the site.

  3. A big "Hi",

I have been trying out the "Coopers" range of largers and i must say that i have been quite impressed the taste and quality of the brew. I did find that leavinf the larger for a period after the 2 weeks settling and final fermenting stage did indeed improve the flavour of the larger. I will did out the coppers that i have tried and post here.
